Story Assessment
What unconscious themes are shaping your life? You’ll take the science-backed PMAI Assessment and then connect with me for a 50-minute live session where we dive into the results. You’ll come away with a better understanding of what themes are showing up in and shaping your story.
Your Journey Map
We’ll create a detailed outline of your desired narrative based on the 12-step Hero’s Journey. This powerful process includes the PMAI Assessment which will reveal your active archetypes, a 1.5-hour interview session, and a 50-minute live review of Your Journey Map.
Mentor Coaching
One-on-one coaching provides the most personal and effective method to increase your confidence and achieve your goals. During our sessions, you can count on my undivided attention as your independent thought partner. I’ll protect your agenda and help you see opportunity over fear.
Group Coaching
Group members will learn about the archetypes driving their unconscious stories and complete exercises outside of our sessions to understand their own hero’s journey. Using a co-active model, the group will determine a shared agenda for each meeting based on member priorities.
